Institute of Technology is expanding. To support this growth, we are looking for four top sales representatives to join our Sacramento team. As an Admissions Representative you’ll be responsible for meeting or exceeding start objectives, maintaining the school database, and providing accurate information to prospective students.

Key elements of the position:
- Meet or exceed Institute of Technology’s start goals.
- Give honest and precise information to prospective students.
- Meet with prospective students and provide them with a tour of the campus.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective students.
- Maintain admissions database.
- Prepare and obtain signatures from prospective students on all admissions documents.
- Call all leads on a daily basis to make appointments, follow up on appointments or reschedule appointments.
- Monitor new students’ attendance for the first two weeks of class. Follow up with new students to assist in ensuring their comfort with their choice of institutions.
- Contribute to the department ideas for marketing, promotions or advertisements.
- Assist with the front desk when needed.
- Obtain WIA referrals, Letters of Authorizations, and Skills Training Contracts as required.
- Attend staff meetings, in-service sessions, student orientation, graduation, and other school events as required by school.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.

- The Admissions Representative shall demonstrate experience and education commensurate with the responsibilities of the position
