September’s Employee of the Month

September’s Employee of the Month recipient, Niambi Green, is an employee that has worked her way up through admissions over the past few years, achieving success at each step of the way.

A graduate of IOT-Clovis, Niambi originally found success as an admissions representative for the Clovis team, earning Offensive Player of the Year honors and making several trips to the annual All-Star Game.  Niambi was eventually traded to the Roseville team in 2008 and was promoted to Director of Admissions at the Roseville campus in April of ’09.

Over the last two months, Niambi has led the Roseville team to the two largest starts in their history.  She has helped to truly transform Roseville from an underperforming campus to an overperforming campus as it relates to admissions.  The team’s performance has been in large part due to Niambi’s leadership.

We are always glad to hear about our own graduates finding success, and Niambi is no exception.  Congratulations Niambi, continue the good work!
